Jadebrut Consulting’s 2025 London Spring Career Fair united top global employers with over 1,000 students, fostering impactful connections, direct job offers, and career clarity through dynamic face-to-face engagement.
On May 31, 2025, Jadebrut Consulting (璞玉留学) successfully concluded the 2025 London Spring Career Fair at its headquarters in London. The highly anticipated event brought together over 100 internationally renowned companies and more than 1,000 Chinese and international students studying in the UK, offering an inspiring and efficient platform for matching talent with opportunity.
The atmosphere at the fair was electric, with HR professionals from top global employers, eager job seekers, and countless on-the-spot interviews filling every corner of the venue. Attendees enthusiastically networked, submitted resumes, and engaged in meaningful face-to-face dialogues with company representatives.
Prominent employers included TikTok (ByteDance), Tencent, Shein, HSBC, Samsung, JD.com, China Mobile International, and even cultural institutions like the British Museum. Among them, China’s tech giants were standout participants, showcasing the growing global influence of Chinese innovation.
The TikTok booth drew a large crowd, with hiring managers actively engaging with students, explaining job roles in technical development and global operations. Tencent also attracted significant interest, especially from students with backgrounds in social media and digital entertainment, creating a strong bridge for dialogue between the company and potential hires.
The finance and banking sector was another major highlight. HR representatives from HSBC offered detailed insight into available roles within their global business, wealth management, and risk divisions. Many students found their skills aligned with the roles and even secured first-round interviews during the event.
China Mobile International received strong attention for its overseas market expansion roles. Students were excited by the company’s global business scope and holistic development opportunities. Similarly, Shein, a global leader in fast fashion, became a central hub of attention. They promoted roles in supply chain management, cross-border data analysis, and marketing, sparking enthusiastic engagement from students eager to enter the fashion retail industry.
Samsung brought opportunities in data science, R&D, and business development, offering roles that matched well with the skill sets of international students trained in both technical and business disciplines.
A major highlight of this year’s fair was the “no online application” policy, enabling students to directly hand in their resumes and connect with employers. Many students reported receiving on-the-spot offers, with over 100 offers extended during the event, turning “a single resume” into a life-changing opportunity.
Beyond employment, the fair acted as a platform for career clarity and inspiration. Students appreciated the chance to interact face-to-face with professionals, gain deeper insight into industry expectations, and refine their career strategies.
